Deficiency via the Lens
Tokyo MOU introduced procedures for collecting and storing in the PSC database deficiency photos taken by PSCOs during inspection since 2009. For encouraging and promoting PSCOs to submit deficiency photos, the award of Deficiency Photo of the Year was established and implemented.
